We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of our beloved Jordan. A loss that has deeply affected all who knew and loved him. Jordan was a beloved father to Carly, Benjamin, and his dog Sam. He was loved and cherished deeply by his mother Sheila and his late dad, Chuck Horowitz (blessed memory), and his late father, Terry Lottman (blessed memory). He was a loving and devoted brother to Michelle and a caring uncle to Jade and Jared. He will be sadly missed by his extended family. He was an exceptional friend to all, everyone’s favourite pick-up goalie, boat driver, guitar hero master, and Seder leader. He was passionate about his faith and commitment to Judaism and lived his life accordingly.

He was thoughtful, strong-willed, and always motivated everyone around him to be their best. Above all, his world revolved around his children and he was most proud of all of their accomplishments. He will be deeply missed and loved.
