I had the privilege of knowing Mr. Szpigiel for more than 10 years through my work at his family doctor's office. Seeing him was always one of the bright spots of my day. No matter the reason for his visit, I always looked forward to our conversations. His kindness, gentle spirit, intelligence, and genuine warmth left a lasting impression on me. Over the years, I developed such a special place in my heart for him that I wanted my own family to have the opportunity to know him. After the passing of his beloved wife, Sara, my husband, our young adult children, and I visited him in his home. He was so happy to welcome us. He graciously put out snacks, proudly showed us around his beautiful home, and shared stories from his remarkable life. My family immediately understood why I spoke so highly of him. They were touched by his warmth, wisdom, and they still remember that visit fondly. I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to have known Mr. Szpigiel and I always remember him fondly. While my heart is heavy knowing he is no longer with us, I find comfort in believing that he has been reunited with with his family who he missed so deeply. I hope that reunion has brought him the peace and joy he so deserved. To his family, please accept my deepest and most heartfelt condolences. May his memory always be a blessing, and may you find comfort in the love and memories that will live on forever. I will never forget him.

I am so very sad to hear of Harry’s passing. I knew him my entire life as he was my father‘s closest and oldest friend. I will always cherish our relationship, as he was like family to me. Both Harry and Sally had a very special relationship with my parents and after their passing, I continued that relationship with regular visits and phone calls. May he rest in peace and may his spirit fly together with his dear wife and children.
