We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our beautiful and beloved mother and Bubby Anna Pollock.

Born in Poland January 21, 1950 to her late parents Joseph and Salla Epelbaum z”l who were Holocaust survivors. Anna moved to Israel before coming to Canada where she built her life. Married for 55 years to Dr. Marc Pollock, Anna’s greatest joy was her family. She took immense pride in her children Stacey, (Gali Bar-Ziv), Nicole and Kimberly and loved us with a devotion that made us feel cherished. Her greatest joy of all, however, was being a Bubby. She was always thrilled to see her grandchildren Benjamin, Danna, Ryan and Poppy (and many grand-dogs) and share in their lives, celebrating milestones, and surrounding them with love. Anna also leaves behind her cherished sisters Janie (Paul Jesin) and Chalinka Tamir,  nieces and nephews and many friends.

One of the blessings of the last few years was the precious time we were able to spend together as a family.

Anna had a huge heart and a love for helping others.  Her generosity, strength, and love touched everyone who knew her. May her memory be a blessing.
